Product Introduction

This grey beige marble sink is a wash basin first and a stone object second, and it arrives as two parts that have to agree on site: a carved or slab-built marble bowl, and a solid wood body cut to hold it. The stone is a grey ground carrying a beige undertone and light veining, read against the polished face, so the background tone is sorted before carving rather than after.
Marble and timber behave differently and the design has to allow for it. A bowl carved from one solid block has no joint in the basin and polishes out again if it is scratched, where a slab-built bowl is mitred and bonded from thinner stock and weighs far less for the same footprint. The timber carcass moves with room humidity; the stone does not. Bowls are therefore bedded on a bead of 100% silicone over a flat rim, never on rigid epoxy, and the cutout edge is checked for continuous bearing because the bowl's whole weight passes through its rim.

Products Inspection
Quality Control & Inspection Standards
Dry-Lay Pre-Assembly
Single and double vanity tops intended for multi-room hotel contracts are arranged on factory floors to match vein flow and verify color shade consistency.
Surface Gloss & Crack Inspection
Polished surfaces are evaluated under high-intensity halogen lighting to confirm a minimum 90-degree gloss rating and detect micro-fissures.

Dimensional & Cutout Precision
CNC routers maintain tolerance limits within +/-0.5mm on sink cutout radiuses, faucet hole centers, and edge profiling.
Export-Grade Packaging
Finished vanity tops are packed vertically in heavy-duty, fumigated wooden crates with internal polyethylene foam spacers between each piece to eliminate transit vibration damages.
Products Applications
Project Applications & Usage Areas

Residential Vanity Replacement
A single vessel or undermount bowl cut to the existing carcass, with the waste and tap holes drilled to the fittings the client has already bought.

Hotel Bathroom Programs
Bowls and matching tops cut from one lot and numbered to the room, so a hundred-room order is unpacked by floor instead of sorted in a corridor.

Powder Rooms & Guest WCs
Small-footprint bowls on a lowered carcass, where the finished rim has to land around 34 to 36 inches and the tap clears the bowl.

Distributor & Showroom Stock
Mixed crates of one or two standard bowl profiles, crated individually, so a showroom can hold stock without a second fabrication step.
FAQ
FAQ
Q:1.How is the grey tone held consistent across a multi-unit sink order?
A:Blocks are graded by background grey and vein density before carving, and one lot is held for the whole order. Bowl and matching top are cut from that lot and photographed together at dry fit, so a hundred-room order does not arrive in two shades.
Q:2.How does the marble behave against soap, hard water and freezing?
A:Marble is a carbonate, so it etches: lemon juice, descaler and bleach dull the polish, and no sealer stops that. Soap and hard water mark it instead. Sealed and wiped after use it holds indoors; keep it out of unheated or outdoor positions where freeze-thaw can open a veined joint.
Q:3.How are the basins packed, and how many fit a 20 ft container?
A:Each basin is foam boxed on its own with rim and corners braced, in heat-treated timber cases to ISPM 15, with the wood bodies cased apart from the stone. A 20 ft container is capped at 27 t payload, and boxed basins fill the cubic before they reach that weight. Carry a 2-3% handling reserve.
Q:4.How does the factory stop the waste and tap holes from blowing out?
A: The waste opening is cut to the waste you are actually fitting, and tap holes run 35 mm, so your plumber is not opening up a hole on site. Both are cored wet in a jig, which keeps the bit square to the face.
Q:5.What height does the vanity have to be for a vessel bowl?
A:A bowl sitting on the counter adds its own height, so the carcass goes in shorter. Land the top of the bowl rim between 34 and 36 inches off the floor, or 34 inches on an ADA job, and fit a taller or wall-mounted tap.
