1. Select the waste materials.
When selecting bluestone slabs, we gradually carry out grading of bluestone slabs based on their quality. Then check whether the CNC sawing machine is dry, so as to prevent impurities on the sawing from being bad for the plate. Then carry out feeding and material stabilization, measure the data information of the whole block with a ruler, and carry out large-scale sawing production and processing of semi-finished bluestone slab according to the data information.
2. Infrared induction cutting.
The semi-finished bluestone board produced by large saw is cut by infrared induction to make the bluestone board products required by customers. Before infrared induction cutting, under the condition that the CNC sawing machine is clean and there is no one behind, the master worker adjusts the specification of the machine to be cut, turns on the main switch for trial operation for two turns, and can operate only after confirming safety. Do not put your hand within 15 cm of the saw blade. When cutting the bluestone slab, you should pay attention not to carry out the operation of strong cutting and sawing the bluestone slab. Before cutting, make the motor run at full speed. If you find that the saw has abnormal sound when starting, you should immediately turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply to check the problem.
