Nano Micro Crystal Glass Pure White is a sintered micro-crystal slab, produced from natural quartz sand and mineral feedstock fused at high temperature and then polished. Because the body is a uniform micro-crystal matrix rather than a veined stone, the surface reads as one flat white across a whole elevation - no shading to sequence, no vein a fabricator has to chase across a joint.

As a china stone factory, we saw edge-polish and pack this material in one Xiamen workshop: 3000x1600x18mm and 3000x1800x18mm slabs, floor and wall tiles cut to module, curved panels for column drums, countertop and vanity blanks, and furniture surfaces.

Quality Control & Inspection Standards

Batch colour control

Every production run is read against a retained white standard under D65 light before release, and slab-to-slab and batch-to-batch readings are logged against the order file. A sixty-slab elevation is drawn from one batch wherever the schedule allows.

Body inspection before polishing

Slabs are inspected for internal bubbles, unmelted feedstock, and foreign specks at the green stage. A defect inside the body cannot be polished out afterwards, and on a white face it is the first thing a client sees.

Flatness, thickness and gloss

Thickness and flatness are measured across the slab diagonal, and the polished face is gloss-metered to a floor reading rather than an average. Arises are checked for chipping, which is where large-format glass-ceramic actually fails in transit and on site.

Cutting-list verification and crating

Each panel is checked against the approved cutting list for size, cutout position, and edge profile, then numbered to the layout drawing, foamed, crated with arris protection, and photographed before loading.

Kitchen and bathroom countertops, vanity tops and backsplashes

Non-porous face, no sealing schedule for the installer, with undermount sink and hob cutouts set out from your shop drawing.

Interior wall cladding in commercial and public interiors

3m panels run with tight joint lines, so a reception wall or lift lobby reads as one continuous white field rather than a tiled surface.

Flat panels developed from the column diameter and cut to a flat pattern, then edge-polished so the joint runs true around the drum.

Q: How closely will two production batches of pure white match on a large cladding order?

A: Each production run is read against a retained white standard under D65 light before it is released, and slab-to-slab and batch-to-batch readings are logged against your order. Where the schedule allows, a sixty-slab cladding run is drawn from a single production batch.

Q: Does the pure white face yellow, and will it take a red wine or oil stain?

A: Colour stability under light, heat, and daily use is the factory's stated performance, and the face is non-porous, so oil, red wine, and curry sit on the surface rather than in it. Water absorption runs 0.004% to 0.02%, so no sealer is applied.

Q: How are 3m slabs packed, and what breakage allowance should we budget?

A: Slabs travel in fumigated wooden crates with foam between faces and edge protection on the arris, loaded to an A-frame or a steel-reinforced pallet. Budget from the crate list rather than a percentage; every panel is numbered and photographed before loading.

Q: Can the material be formed into curved panels for a cylindrical column?

A: Yes, and it is cut rather than thermoformed. Column cladding is developed as a flat pattern and cut from the same slab batch, then edge-polished so the joint line runs true around the drum. Send the column diameter, and we will return the layout.

Q: Can we set hot pans directly on the countertop surface?

A: The material is specified for kitchen and bathroom surfaces and shows no cracking under heat and cooling cycles. Use a trivet under a hot pan regardless: a localised thermal shock on a polished edge is the one failure not recoverable by refacing.
