We perform sequential block-cutting and dry-lay factory sorting. Slabs cut from the same quarry block are numbered sequentially and dry-assembled under standard lighting to ensure uniform shade and continuous vein alignment across all crates in your order.

02.Does Super White Quartzite require specialized sealing treatments to resist acid etching and staining?

Super White Quartzite has low water absorption (<0.05%). For applications requiring additional protection, we apply penetrating sealers to reduce oil and water absorption while maintaining the natural surface appearance and polished finish.

03.What are your maximum loading capacities and crate reinforcement methods for 20ft sea freight containers?

Slabs are packed in fumigated wooden A-frame crates with reinforced support structures for sea transportation. A standard 20ft container loads approximately 400 m² of 20mm slabs or 270 m² of 30mm slabs, depending on packing method, gross weight limits, and destination port requirements.

04.Can I mix slabs from different bundles?

Yes, but we recommend using slabs from the same quarry block for better consistency. For projects requiring multiple bundles, we sort slabs by background color, veining direction, and surface pattern before shipment to help maintain a consistent appearance.

05.How do you protect polished surfaces?

After polishing inspection, each slab is covered with protective film and packed in reinforced wooden crates. Proper spacing and support materials are used during loading to prevent scratches, edge damage, and surface contamination during transportation.
